Whole30 | Days 6 & 7

Days 6 & 7 are known as “I just want to nap” days on the Whole30 timeline. This couldn’t have been more true for me. I’m wiped! I feel so tired, like I could sleep for 24 hours solid. On the plus side, I don’t feel nearly as irritable and stabby now. I feel like the worst of it is over. Hopefully. I’ll keep my fingers, toes, and eyelashes crossed. 

By the rules of Whole30, I’m not supposed to take weight or measurement until day 30. But no one said anything about progress photos! Ryan was trying to convince me there was a visible change in me, but I had doubts. So I decided to do weekly progress shots. I took some “before” photos, and wasn’t anticipating to see much change. But I took my “1 week photos” and was blown away by the difference. 

Below are the photos, and it’s pretty clear which are the before and which are the after. Looks like all my time at the pool this Spring Break caused me to tan nicely, too! Be warned- both photos are pretty humbling. I still have a LONG way to go. But for only 1 week so far, I’m very pleased with the progress.
